About Me

Rog and Sue Lloyd sold their home in Meadow Vista, CA in July, 2005 and enjoyed life aboard their catamaran NEOS for eight years. They sailed the 48 foot catamaran throughout the Caribbean, through the Panama Canal and on the Pacific Coast from Ecuador to Mexico. Neos was sold in July of 2013 and Rog and Sue returned to life on land. They are now settled in Rocklin, CA close to family and contemplating how they will spend their future as CLODs; cruisers living on dirt.

NEOS June 2022

We got back from our road trip through Canada to New York and spent a few days cleaning out the van and recuperating. Karissa’s play “Alladin” was at the end of the week that we got home. She had a line and a solo in a song and did both beautifully. Very entertaining. We joined the family at Red Robin after the show for a treat.
The Blooms went on vacation to Utah the following week and we got to have Scout. He was super to have around. Even scared the deer away (although I think he was more scared of the deer than the other way around.) Michelle finished her thesis and is now officially a grad so we celebrated with one more breakfast at Early Toast. Then on the weekend, we joined Rog’s karate group for a pool party potluck.
